CapTrue - небольшая программа, предназначенная для создания снимков экрана. Программа позволяет делать снимки рабочего стола, отдельного окна или произволного региона. Уникальной особенностью программы является возможность захвата содержимого окон видеопроигрывателей, ваши снимки будут свободны от чёрных и бордовых пикселей, пробивающихся из видеоизображения. Захваченное изображение можно поместить в буфер обмена, а также записать в файл в различных форматах (BMP, JPEG, PNG). Курсор мыши также можно включить в результирующий скриншот. В программе можно настроить комбинации клавиш для быстрого выполнения операций захвата, формат и имя выходного файла, и многие другие параметры.

CapTrue is software for Microsoft Windows for creating desktop screenshots in easy manner. It behaves just like your Print Screen button, but allows you to do more in a single keypress.

Key features:
- Video players window capture. Have you noticed black or purple rectangles on your screenshots made with Print Screen button? This is the place where video overlay is. Most of screen capturing software can't deal with overlays. CapTrue can.
- Several output file formats. CapTrue can save your screenshot into BMP, PNG or JPG format. You can adjust quality settings for the latter.
- Clipboard is a good place for your new screenshot. You can put your captured image into it, if you like.
- Mouse cursor is also important. Optionally you can include mouse cursor into resulting image.
- Web page is too tall and it doesn't fit the screen? Document is too wide, and you can capture only half of it? Forget this situation. Now you can capture scrollable windows both in horizontal and vertical directions.
