ActiveFax Server — решение для передачи и получения факсимильных сообщений (факсов), а также отправки и пересылки факсимильных сообщений на электронную почту. Программа работает на всех версиях Windows, начиная с Windows 95, а также поддерживает терминальные серверы. Благодаря клиент-серверной архитектуре программы, все данные хранятся на централизованном факс-сервере. Также, благодаря интегрированному факс-клиенту и драйверу для печати, отправка факсов из любых приложений так же проста, как обычная печать на принтере. Для интеграции службы факса в собственные приложения, ActFax предлагает различные стандартизированные интерфейсы. Для индивидуального использования можно установить только серверную часть, для общего — устанавливаются клиентские приложения столько, сколько нужно в офисе, чтобы у каждого на персональном компьютере была возможность работать индивидуально.

ActFax has been designed for network-wide transmission and receipt of fax messages, as well as sending and forwarding fax messages by email.
